主題：The one where Monica gets a new roommate

[場景：Central Perk , Chandler, Joey , Phoebe , and Monica are there ]

Monica：There's nothing to tell ! He's just some guy I work on. 
沒有甚麼好說的!他只是一個與我共事的傢伙.

Joey：Come on, you're going out with this guy! There's gotta be
          something wrong with him!
少來了,妳要與這家伙約會,他一定有什麼問題!

Chandler：All right Joey, be nice. So does he have a hump? A hump
                 and hairpiece?
好了喬伊,留點口德.所以他有駝背嗎? 駝背又戴假髮嗎?

Phoebe：Wait, does he eat chalk?
等等,他吃粉筆嗎?

( They all stare, bemused )
他們全部困惑凝視著

Phoebe：Just, 'cause I don't want her to go through with Carl-oh!
只是因為我不想她與我和卡爾一樣重蹈覆轍

Monica：Okay, everobby relax. This is not even a date. It's just two
              people going out to dinner and not have sex.
好了,大家放輕鬆,這不是一個約會,只是兩個人出去吃晚餐,並且不會做愛.

Chandler：Sounds like a date to me.

Chandler：Alright, so I'm back in high school, I'm standing in the middle
                 of cafeteria, and I realize I am totally naked.

All：Oh,yeah. Had that dream.

Chandler：Then look down, and I realize there's phone...there.

Chandler：All of  a sudden, the phone stars to ring. Now I don't know
                 what to  do, everybody starts looking at me.
這電話突然響了,我不知道該怎麼辦?每一個人注視著我.

Monica：And they weren't looking at you before?
在那之前都沒有注視你嗎?

Chandler：Finally, I figure l'd better answer it, and it turn out it's my
                 mother,which is very-very weird, because she never calls me!
最後我認為最好回答她,結果是我的媽媽,這是非常非常不可思議,因為她不曾打給我!

嗨

Joey：This guy says hello, I wanna kill myself .

Monica：Are you okay, sweetie ?

Ross：I just feel like someone reached down my throat, grabbed my
          small intestine, pulled it out of my mouth and tied it around
          my neck.....

Chandler：Cookie?

Monica：Carol moved her stuff out today.

Joey：Ohh!

Monica：Let me get you some coffee.(to Ross)

Ross：Thanks.

Phoebe：Ooh! Oh!( She starts pluck at the air just in front of Ross )

Ross：No, no don't Stop clearning my aura! No, just leave my aura alone, okay?

Phoebe：Fine! Be murky!

Ross：I'll be fine, alright? Really, everyone. I hope she'll be very happy.
我沒事的?真的,我希望她可以幸福

Monica：No, you don't.

Ross：No, I don't, to hell with her, she left me!
我不會的,去她的,她離開我!

Joey：And you never knew she was a lesbian.....

Ross：No!! Okay? Why does everyone keep fixating on that? She didn't
          know, how should I know ?

Chandler：Sometimes I wish I was a lesbian......Did I say that out loud ?
有時候我希望我是一個女同志......我剛剛說出來了嗎 ?

 Ross：I told mom and dad last night, they seemed to take it pretty well.
我昨晚告訴媽與爸,他們似乎還挺好

Monica：Oh really, so that hysterical phone call I got from a woman at
              sobbing 3:00 A.M, I'll never have grandchilden " was what ? 
              A wrong number ?

Ross：Sorry !

Joey：Alright Ross, look. You're feeling a lot of pain right now. You're angry

Joey：Strip joint ! C''mon, you're single ! Have some hormones !

Ross：I don't want to be single ! I just- I just wanna be married again !

(Rachel enters in a wet wedding dress and starts to search the room)

Monica：Rachel ?

Rachel：Oh God Monica hi ! Thank God ! I just went to your building and you
             weren't there and then this guy with a vig hammer said you might be
             here and you are you are !
嗨莫尼卡，感謝上帝 ! 我剛剛去你的房子妳不在,有一個拿著大榔頭的人說你可能會在這裡,
你果然在這!

Waitress：Can I get you some coffee ?
女服務生說需要來點咖啡嗎 ?

Monica：De-caff Okay,  everybody, this is Rachel, another Lincoln High survivor.
              This is everybody, this is Chandler and Phoebe, and Joey, and you
              remember my brother Ross ?
低卡就好, 大家這是瑞秋,林肯高中生還者,這是錢德菲比和喬依還有你記得我哥哥羅斯嗎 ?

Rachel：Hi, sure !
嗨,當然認識 !

Ross：Hi.
嗨

Monica：So you wanna tell us now, or are we waiting for wet bridesmaid ?

Rachel：Oh God ...well, it started about a half hour before the wedding. I was in the
              room where we were keeping all the presents, and I was looking at this
              gravy boat. This really gorgeous Lamauge gravy boat. When all of a
              sudden I was more turned on by this gravy boat than by Barry ! And than
              I got really freaked out, and that's when it hit me: how much Barry looks
              like Mr. Potato Head. You know, I mean I always knew looked familiar,
              but......Anyway, I just had to get out of there, and I started wondering
              Why am I doing this, and who am I doing this for ? So anyway I just didn,t
              know where to go, and I know that you and I have kinda drifted apart, 
              but you're the only person I knew who lived here in the city.
